Conditions are what you apply to Triggers to make things happen only under certain circumstances. By default, all conditions must pass in order for the trigger to actually run effects when it is triggered, but this behavior can be altered with Condition Groups. These conditions can be applied to prey for Prey Sided Triggers, and to preds for Pred Sided Triggers.
Conditions are created by first creating the trigger it should be used in, and then selecting that trigger and clicking
Conditions followed by
Create Condition. You will then be able to pick which Condition you want to add. See Types of Conditions to find info about the different kinds of conditions.
Here are the common options you can configure across all conditions.
Expected Value - Whether the condition should pass if the condition is
TRUE or
FALSE.
Rename - Lets you rename the trigger. Using good names will be the best way for you to understand what they do when you come back to edit your conditions.
Group - Lets you set the Condition Group, which lets you configure OR relationships instead of the default AND relationships. Most conditions have their own
Special Settings that are unique settings for that conditions. You can find information about these special effects on the conditions' wiki pages below!

Redstone ConditionBy default, all conditions exist in an AND relationship to each other, meaning all conditions must be fulfilled. However, if you want OR relationships, you must use condition groups.
If at least one group of conditions is satisfied, the effects will apply.
Meaning, all conditions within the same group have an AND relationship to each other, but each group is in an OR relationship to each other. The Default group counts as a group of its own with internal AND relationships, and OR relationships to another group.
For example if you have a bunch of conditions, but you have a single condition that should override all other conditions if true, then you could put that single condition into its own group and it will override all other conditions.
